Congratulations to Tele Atlas on its acquisition by TomTom for $2.7 billion! Tele Atlas is one of the industry’s main suppliers of digital maps. TomTom is the world’s biggest maker of car navigation devices. Congratulations also to Zantaz on its acquisition by Autonomy for $370 million! The combination of Autonomy and Zantaz will consolidate archiving, e-discovery, analytics and real-time policy management services into one solution. We are delighted to welcome Energy Software and Consulting to the TeleSoft portfolio. Energy Software and Consulting I & II on a combined basis are the largest preferred shareholders of Nexant Inc. Nexant provides technology solutions and services to the energy, chemicals, and oil and gas industries.

We also welcome Dorothy An, Sebastian Badea, Sri Pangulur, and Jennifer Yu to the TeleSoft team.

Congratulations to Calix and Calient for their respective financings. Calix raised more than $40 million with TeleSoft and other insiders participating along with new investors Foundation Capital, Bigwood Capital, and Credit Suisse Management. Calient completed a $10 million round with Sofinnova, Enterprise, Wall Street Partners, Cayuga Venture Partners, and TeleSoft participating.
