Congratulations to Genband! Jungo was acquired by BayPackets last August, completed a $14 million financing with TeleSoft, Granite Global, HLM, Invesco, Investcorp, Intel, Oak, Sevin Rosen, Star, Trellis, and Venrock participating in the round.

Congratulations also to Ikanos and Jungo which introduced a joint residential gateway (RG) reference platform to enable triple play offerings from broadband service providers. The VDSL2 residential gateway reference platform merges the power of Jungo’s OpenRG™ gateway software platform with Ikanos’s Fusiv® processor.

A special thanks to all the speakers and attendees at TeleSoft’s 10th Anniversary E coSystem Meeting last October.
